CABIN POLICIES




INCLUDED WITH CABINS

CABINS 1 & 3
Full kitchen, full bathroom, living area w/futon, bunks, bedroom w/queen bed & 6 foot porch, table, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, various cookware, dishes, & utensils.

Cabin 2, 4, & 5
5 foot porch, 1 room cabin w/queen bed, living area w/futon, kitchenette w/under counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, & utensils.

Bring your own towels, toiletries, & additional bedding for futon & bunks! Bedding provided for Queen beds!

Checking In & Out

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. – early arrivals and late departures must be approved by the office. Please contact the office for arrivals after 5:00 PM.

Occupancy

1 family unit (adults & children under 18); additional adults $10.00/day.

Deposit

We require 1 night deposit to reserve a cabin, balance is due upon arrival.

Weekends & Holidays

2 night minimum stay on weekends & 3 on holiday weekends.

Cancellations & Reservation Changes

Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance to receive a refund.

No Pets

Pets are not allowed with cabin reservations.

No Smoking

No smoking in cabins or on porches, dispose of cigarette butts properly.

No Cutting, Carving, or Chopping

No cutting, carving, or chopping any brush, trees, foliage, or picnic tables. This includes sticks for roasting hot dogs or marsh mellows.

Speed Limit

The speed limit is 5 MPH - that’s right F-I-V-E! Campers who speed may be asked to leave the park. Please help us keep our children, dogs, and seniors safe!

Campfires

Campfires are allowed in fire rings only. “No Fires” signs may be posted as necessary. Extinguish fires when leaving your site. Do not bring “junk wood” into your site and leave for us to clean up! Please do not burn bottles, diapers, plastic, & cans in the fire. As the saying goes...You pack it in - You pack it out!

Firewood for Sale

Firewood is for sale at the office. If you are bringing your own firewood, please bring pre-split clean wood only. don't bring in wood from the forest.

Do Not Throw Food Out in Brush

Put all trash including food in dumpster.

No Climbing Rocks or Hillside

Remain on designated paths and roads.

Fireworks & Firearms

Use of fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited at all times.

Motorcycles, Quads, % Snowmobiles

Motorcycles, Quads, and Snowmobiles are allowed in the park for ingress and egress only. No motorized vehicles on park pathways or nature trails.

Bicyclists

Bicycles must stay on park lanes and established trails. No skidding!

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No loud music and no generators.

Internet Hot Spot

No skype, you YouTube, video chat, or streaming of any kind.

Cleaning

Guest are responsible for maintaining cabin during stay (ie dishes, towels, etc).


Elk Meadows is privately owned & operated, and is not responsible for loss due to fire, wind, theft, or accident. Your registration form acknowledges your agreement to our policies. Visitors will be responsible for any damages to cabins, excluding regular wear & tear & maintenance. Please enjoy your stay!
